Anthony had a good day today he got a PR in all of his events. He runs the mile, 800, 400, and the 4 by 400. His mile time was 6.25 and his 400 was 1.17 I can't remember what his 800 time was. Nathan and Emily just hung out and used the walkie talkies. Athony is tiny, but he has a big kick.
Way to go Anthony! He looks like he is 2/3 legs!!
